After Kelly Clarkson emarked on a press tour last week and did several major TV performances of her new single, "Never Again", the song has fallen to # 15 on this week's HOT 100 chart - down from it's # 8 debut two weeks ago.To make matters worse, tickets for Kelly's new tour went on sale Saturday and ticket sales have been weak. Not one show has sold out yet.
