After being pulled over on February 27th for driving without her headlights illuminated, L.A. County Sheriff Deputies found Paris Hilton might be in violation of her probation (she was placed on 36-month probation after being charged with DUI, and pleading guilty to the lesser charge of alcohol-related wreckless driving)…On Thursday, the Simple Life star was determined guilty of the probation violation, and now faces up to 90 days in the slammer. Paris was driving with a suspended license following the DUI and wreckless driving incident, and she claimed not to have known that her license was suspended, but Nick Valesquez - a spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office – challenges that story:
"We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive."
A hearing is scheduled for April 17th.
Poor, spoiled, rich girl! NOT!!!
