On Thursday, the Simple Life star was determined guilty of the probation violation, and now faces up to 90 days in the slammer. Paris was driving with a suspended license following the DUI and wreckless driving incident, and she claimed not to have known that her license was suspended, but Nick Valesquez - a spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office – challenges that story:
"We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive."
A hearing is scheduled for April 17th.
Poor, spoiled, rich girl! NOT!!!
