Another American Idol Scandal

American Idol producers have been caught up in another sex scandal less than a week after parting company with pop wannabe-turned-internet pin-up Antonella Barba.

Barba, who made headlines when racy photos appeared in cyberspace, was voted off the show last Thursday, but now "Idol" bosses are bracing themselves for a new scandal.

Magdaleno Olmos, a former accountant for Fremantle, the company which produces American Idol, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, accusing former finalist Mario Vazquez of attempting to pleasure himself in front of him. Olmos claims the singer "sexually harassed" him after following him to a bathroom.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, "Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom... knocked on the door of the plaintiff's stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door."

In addition to suing Vazquez, Olmos has named FOX Entertainment and Fremantle Media as defendants in his lawsuit for wrongful termination.

Vazquez dropped out of season four of American Idol in 2005 citing "personal reasons" for his withdrawal from the competition.

Drama! Drama! Drama!
