Beyonce has legal troubles over one of the songs on her "Deluxe" version of her latest CD B-Day. The song "Still in Love (Kissing You)" was originally recorded by Des'ree under the title "I'm Kissing You". Apparently, Beyonce tried to get permission to re-record the song, but never did and proceeded to record it anyway. Her record label has agreed to pull the Deluxe CD off record store shelves, at least for now. Love the hair B!
